Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment must be made in euros by credit card. Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted (American Express and Diners are not accepted). Please note that a €5.00 handling fee will be added to all transactions.
Upon successful payment, registration will be automatically confirmed via email. The invoice will also be sent via email once the payment has been processed.
A full refund will be granted for cancellations received up to 4 months before the event date, subject to a €50.00 administrative fee.
After this deadline, no cancellations or refund claims will be accepted.
In the event of postponement or cancellation of the event for any reason, Kosmas s.r.l. will not be held liable for any expenditure, damage, or loss incurred by the participant.
In the case of cancellation, the participant will receive a refund of any amounts paid to Kosmas s.r.l., minus applicable bank charges.
If the event is postponed due to force majeure, registrations will remain valid for the new date. However, if a participant chooses to cancel their registration under these circumstances, a €50.00 administrative fee plus bank charges will apply.
Approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the conclusion of the event.
