Call for Abstracts

The Scientific Committee invites researchers, clinicians, and experts to submit original abstracts within the themes & topics listed below for Oral Presentation or Poster.

Share your work with a global audience at the 1st Renaissance Conference: The Three Ages of the Woman, and contribute to shaping the future of women's health!

Deadline: 10 September 2025

Abstract Topics:

  • The female pathology (endometriosis, adenomyosis) and the challenges of ART
  • Counseling in the periconceptional period
  • The poors (responders, luteal phase, outcome) in ART
  • Natural cycles, frozen embryos
  • Nutrition and supplementation to prevent placenta related disorders
  • Prediction and prevention of preterm birth
  • Prevention and management of miscarriage

  • Microbioma, pre-probiotics and pregnancy
  • Artificial intelligence and simulation in maternal fetal medicine
  • Premature ovarian failure / early menopause
  • Managing body and mood in menopause transition
  • Menopause hormonal therapy and alternatives for primary prevention
  • Prediction and management of hormone dependent cancers in post-reproductive period

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

  1. Language: All abstracts must be written in English. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit abstracts where the English structure makes comprehension difficult.
  2. Presenting Author and Co-authors' Details:
    • Names and contact details of all authors
    • Affiliations: organization, city, and country
    • Please indicate the presenting author and provide a three-line biography (not included in the word limit)
  3. Title of the Abstract – Limited to 100 words in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  4. Abstract Text – Limited to 350 words, including acknowledgments. We recommend using word-processing software (e.g. Microsoft Word) for editing and word count verification.
  5. Abstracts should clearly include:
    • Introduction
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
  6. Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word appears the first time.
  7. Use generic names for drugs and express numbers as numerals.
  8. Tables Graphs and Images – Any graphs, charts, diagrams, photos or other forms of display of results can be uploaded separately. A maximum of one (1) table, graph OR image may be uploaded.
  9. Submitted abstracts cannot be modified or corrected after the submission. There is an option to save the abstract as draft submit it at a later stage. Please ensure that the status of your abstract is "SUBMITTED" with a green check mark.


Terms and Conditions:

  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to make the final decision on abstract acceptance and scheduling within the program, based on topics and time constraints.
  • All abstracts must be prepared in accordance with the Abstract Submission Guidelines indicated above.
  • Registration is not required at the time of abstract submission.
  • If an abstract is accepted, all presenters must register for the 1st Renaissance Conference: The Three Ages of the Woman within one (1) week of acceptance and be present at the time of the conference.
